1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, installing, or using MockupPro ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the App.

2. License and Permitted Usage

LTR Dev grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the App for both personal and commercial purposes. You may freely use mockups generated by the App in app store listings, marketing materials, client deliverables, portfolio presentations, digital products, and social media without royalty fees or attribution requirements.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property Rights

You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any screenshots, graphics, or imagery you import into the App or export from it. LTR Dev claims no ownership, license, or rights in your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary copyrights, licenses, and permissions for any screenshots or assets you frame using the App, and that your use does not infringe upon any third party rights.

4. Trademark and Nominative Fair Use Disclaimer

All product names, brand names, model identifiers, logos, and trademarks referenced within this App (including but not limited to Apple, iPhone, Dynamic Island, iPad, MacBook, Google, Pixel, Samsung, Galaxy, Microsoft, Surface, and Nothing) are the property of their respective trademark holders.

• Descriptive Reference Only: All mentions of hardware brands and device titles are made solely for identification, screen dimension reference, aspect ratio accuracy, and descriptive mockup purposes under nominative fair use.
• No Affiliation or Endorsement: MockupPro and LTR Dev are independent entities and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Samsung Electronics, Microsoft Corporation, or any other device manufacturer.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to create, wrap, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful, or that violates intellectual property or privacy rights. You further agree not to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. LTR Dev makes no warranty that the App will meet all your requirements, be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or entirely error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LTR Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App or any exported artwork.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
